We are sad to report that Amanda Hall was discovered deceased by deputies of the Banks County Sheriff’s Office. On April 28, deputies were conducting a grid search of a heavily wooded area in the proximity of Mrs. Hall’s last known whereabouts when she was located. BCSO Criminal Investigation Division and the Banks County Coroner’s Office are working a unified investigation to determine the cause and events surrounding her death. An autopsy is scheduled for later in the week. At this time, no further details will be released due to our active and ongoing investigation.
