PRESS RELEASE – On Thursday, April 18, 2024, Banks County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ray Bernard Collins Jr., 57, of Commerce in connection with the 2019 burglary of a Banks County business after a thorough forensic investigation.
On October 4, 2019, Banks County Deputies responded to a burglary alarm at the Four Way Stop convenience store.
Deputies discovered a suspect had broken a window, entered the store, and stolen items.
Evidence recovered from the scene led to the successful identification and arrest of Collins.
Collins is charged with 2nd Degree Burglary.
